This novel is the real deal!

So, SO good! A sort of old-school romance with witty and rich writing, beautiful settings and characters, and immersive love scenes that are sometimes quite steamy… I really enjoyed it all. The author threw in a meeting of different cultures in our romantic leads and that adds a little more spice to the story. Elizabeth is from Trinidad and she is an excellent character, magnetic, charismatic, interesting… Michael, the prince, is a little less interesting to me, but they have good chemistry, so it works very well. There are some pacing issues here and there, but nothing major. If you like romance with strong characters, this novel is the real deal. Enjoy it!
